Actually something popped up in my head, perhaps these jets aren't intended for Saudis at all, they might supply them to the Sudanese airforce

Does saudi airforce have aimraam 120D? And what about its a-to-g ? Are they all from usa ane expensive?

Not sure about the 120D but last year Saudi ordered about 1000 AIM 120 C-8's and they use a variety of US and European air-to-ground missiles. That's my point, they are the rich fellas so why such sudden interest in JF-17?

Personally I think Pakistan should convince Saudi to fund for its indigenous PFX project R&D - we have seen that slide shared in some conference where PFX had Saudi and Turkish flags. Maybe make some future deal with Saudi (Turkey too) for a batch of PFX jets after successful induction.

Dont know but i guess it is the weapon system with JF-17 that will be more important for saudi.. what if they also want to retire all tornado idf? Those are somewhere 80s i guess

Dunno, maybe as @Toxic has said, the Saudi must be secretly financing for some client state or close ally. Like Yemen for e.g. does Saudi aligned Yemeni govt. have an air force? Maybe to counter UAE backed forces or Houthi's Saudi might lend them with the JF-17 jets.

By the way if saudi bought JF for its own airforce replacing tornado then saudi can finance the weaponary production facility for our JFs which will be a win for both

1. Are you saying that it is debunked because of its affiliation/intent, or are you saying it is debunked because the substance of what it is reporting has been shown to be incorrect?

Both 1 & 2 especially w.r.t Nigeria. Burma is missing context.
Best left to channels beyond this but involve a combo of poor "train the trainers" and certain manufacturing "oversight" being that it was the first export order and an odd coordination on delivery (and movement prior to delivery occurred).

they did say extra 2 billion , so this is loan forgiveness packaged with purchase of jf17 worth 2 billion dollars .

i mean i guess if ksa wants some top tier chinese missiles, the least risky way to do that is via jf-17 deal is with pak, so mr trump cant get too antsy about a saudi j10 buy etc

This is what doesn’t make sense. We can’t payback the debt, but we can afford to make Jets worth billions in cost and give them away to settle past debt, how? How will the cash flow and foreign currency component of the project work?
