Brother, if push comes to shove , the US will back UAE/Israel over any other alliance that is working against them. Pakistan openly joining an anti-Israel/UAE alliance will incur economic and other consequences from the US and not just the UAE. I doubt the Saudis will throw enough money to offset that.

The alliance is defensive in nature, so as long as no one attacks those Nations then what need would there be to invoke it. If in any case Israel wants to be a belligerent, you are better off having some backup then going alone, that's the signal.

Also as the UAE is acting out, this will pressure the UAE to moderate itself, which up until recently the Saudis have not overtly tried to do

I think this formalizes a shape that was happening anyway, the Saudis and Pakistan are involved in kaan, nothing structural will happen overnight

I won't be surprised.

I am assuming Turkiye would be seeking such an alliance as an alternative just in case the United States possibly disbands or leaves NATO.

Allies? What? Its a business transaction. Did Turkey say if Russia goes to war, Turkey would go to war for it or support it?

Remember, white Russia was selling S-400s, Turk was on opposite ends of the conflict in Syria, Libya and elsewhere. To the point where Russian Airstrikes killed Turkish troops(they said it was Assad but we know), Turkish drones killed Russian Special Forces disguised as "Wagner", and other matters. Or Turkish drones in Ukraine killing Russians.
