Lots of Turkish Equipment moving into Syria.

No they are definitely going east. PKK just shut off the water to Aleppo from the Dam.

Deir Hafir and Al Tabqa will be the next fronts. Turkey is already carrying out strikes south of Al Tabqa.

The real issue is what happens when they get to the river.
I don't think they will attempt to take Raqqa region as it is probably a redline for the US

They should still try. Especially before rumored renewed Israeli ground invasion of rest of Gaza due for March.

The US will have to explain itself in that scenario. Nobody needs US to fight ISIS. US will struggle to come up with reasons that they'll make publicly.

The real reason is to keep Syria balkanized for Israel and Turkey under check with terrorist/separatist threats.

They truly need to and eventually will move away from the SDF-PKK terrorist or risk losing Turkey and Syria over irrelevant actors they can´t have both.

The US is in a hard place on this one which is basically between a hard place and a Rock.

The want to integrate the SDF but the PKK elements within the SDF is making it hard for them but the US will eventually abandon the PKK as they are irrelevant actors and put an unnecessary heat on the Americans.

The PKK has seriously bad reputation in the ME and the US sticking with them for long will ruin their entire mideast relationships and they know this hence why they are rushing the integration but the SDF elements making it hard for them and if this negotiations fail they will have an excuse to exit the picture gracefully

I don't see Turkey just sitting by, especially after a whole year with the deadline expiring. Hakan Fidan has been signalling that Turkey isn't going to just have this go on indefinitely.

For me really, there are only 2 pieces to this that need to be taken Kobani/Ain-Al-Arab and Hasakah province. Everything else is Arab, and should decisively collapse for the PKK, they don't really have a support base outside those regions.

ITS HAPPENING

The PKK has decided to go to war, they are attacking the Tal Abyad pocket in an offensive operation, I'm hoping Turkish air support is not too far away.

These don't look like Turkish Armored vehicles. I wonder where they were supplied from.

IDF coming to shoot you down pew pew 😂

I'd bet you want the Zionists to get involved in Syria, while claiming to be an anti zionist.

Unfortunately for you, these engagements are taking place in the north, not the south, so it will be difficult for the Israelis to get deeply involved there, compared to the south. And the fact that they are busy with the Iranians currently.

Plus it would be a significant escalation for them to shoot down a turkish aircraft.

Oh no,not in Syria. I just want them to kick Turkey out of Syria ;) That's the whole idea.

Man,the IAF was bombing Iran in the summer, north Syria is nothing to them.
