The question is, what is next? Israel won't give up, and Iran's security model has more holes in it then Swiss Cheese it seems. The level of penetration is shocking to say the least.

The news is that Israel/Netenyahu asked Trump to hold off on the attack

This question is why????

The answer is because Israel wants the U.S to hit multiple sites and attempt a decapitation of the Iranian regime


What trump was planning was some sort of performative, basic strikes and even with the likelihood of Iranian response wasn't going to do much


Iran would come back, determined to deal with it's enemies and Israel would find it difficult to get the U.S to attack Iran over and over again




So it's very likely, Israel intervened in order to give a list of targets to hit, and put it's plans in place


The mid terms will be brutal for Trump and the Israeli bastards have between now and then to instigate a attack on their terms



Don't be surprised with repeated flare up of protests to keep Iran on the boil

,Maybe, maybe..... But I think it was called off because the protests were put down. So the calculus must have been that if US attacks Iran, it would fire missiles at Israel and didn't want that damage for nothing..... Since the regime did not crumble.

I don't think so. The goal isn't regime change. The protests are an attempt to destabilize and give a pretext for a longer conflict. What they seek is total fragmentation. If they cant succeed they will try to turn Iran into another Syria/Libya.
