If I were to pick only one person who'd be an Iran Expert then it would be Trita Parsi. Here he is discussing what's going on with Iran vs USA/Israel, also mentioning the Israeli great folly of attacking Qatar and how Pakistan, with its nukes, is in the picture, especially with the Saudi Arabia-Pakistan alliance in which Turkey might join. You don't know that.... A few hundred Mossad doesn't account for 5000 dead. The handful of agitators opened fire on the security personnel, and they in turn mowed down everyone in the street....
A competent security apparatus would have brought in snipers with nightscopes and plain clothes police and taken out the operatives from inside the crowd or rooftops without causing mass casualties.....these security personnel are incompetent and outside of the law. Khameni needs to go!

This is very believable. They are very active on Reddit, running psyops campaigns and going into different country subreddits to confuse people and argue for Israel/Zionists , sometimes in a subtle manner sometimes very obviously and aggressively.

Doesn't Iran have its own groups similar to that as well? Probably most major countries these days have such a presence.

Indeed every country has it's groups online these days, but nobody reaches the scale of the campaigns, deep access/influence over reddit, X, FB and Youtube (soon tiktok) and trained propagandists that Israelis have. The Russians were once this good but seem to have declined in online presence.

Not the same as supporting military action to achieve that doesn’t mean they wouldn’t if they were pushed into the corner but who knows…….also one of the reasons I live texts versus calls you can’t say you didn’t say something if you sent the message out honestly these guys are stupider than a guy pushing 80 who acts like a 13 year old girl
