Bangladesh will not play T20 World Cup games in India over safety concerns

Looks like Bangladesh got betrayed by some other country, don’t you think? I thought you were claiming that other country was going to boycott the T20 tournament in support of Bangladesh. There’s a saying in Bangla: “Gase tule diye moi kere neoa” lol. Seems like someone pulled this kind of betrayal on Bangladesh yet again. So predictable. :D

1- I never claimed anything? I just posed the news. I still think they should boycott to take revenge against India. There still some time left.

2- When will you stop Bharat Dalali? Answer me this question you back bone less leta zeer.

Looks like we’ve been slapped hard by the ICC for our illogical demand—driven purely by political motives—to move our matches out of India. As expected, no other team has shown any solidarity, and rightly so, because the clowns currently running the BCB have brought this upon themselves. You reap what you sow.

After destroying almost every sector, these morons have now decided to destroy our cricket as well.

You think this way because you have no integrity. You have no sense of honor or shame.

For us, cricket or money is irrelevant. Courage and honor are priceless, but I don’t expect you to understand that, because you are morally a dead person.

Pakistan usually has only one major card in ICC tournaments—one or two matches against India—which brings the most benefits.
Typical fabrications from fraudulent representatives of the eastern qom.

India derives most benefit from Ind-Pak matches in terms of gate receipts and TV contracts, further accentuated recently because of India's scheming to force a tournament host nation to play in Dubai.

Instead of receiving revenues from knockout matches held in Pakistan, PCB lost revenue that had to be split because of Indian matches held in Dubai.

There is no added benefit for Pakistan by playing India in neutral countries when they were supposed to play in Pakistan - in fact, this is detrimental to Pakistan.

Pakistan will deal with Hindustan without your imposed deadlines. Don't lose any sleep over it.

Sure.. waiting for Pakistan to withdraw from the world cup in Bangladesh’s support.

Another 24 hours should be enough for everyone to see how serious those “promises” were.

Soon you guys will find, what a bunch of buffoons you guys turned out it be that you believed in Pakistan's fake promises.

It's a revenue for ICC as well so ICC will most likely put IN PK together in every group matches. Australia seperate, in case semi.
And who gets most of ICC's dustributed earnings?

Answer: India, 38.5% share, far greater than other nations' shares.

It's hilarious that you squat here and share half statements instead of the full story, just to support your narrative.

Even funnier that you think we don't know.

India ultimately receives far more revenue as a result of Ind-Pak matches than Pakistan does.

Time to boycott you scammers.

So, do you think someone systematically pushed Bangladesh to boycott the T20 tournament by giving them hope that they would support them till the end—even if it meant boycotting the tournament? And now they’ve done a complete U-turn and are going to play in India for a few thousand dollars? Oh no… I can’t take this betrayal anymore..

Moron. Pakistan made no "promise". However, I personally, and many Pakistanis, would welcome such a decision.

Keep barking though.

Pakistan did vote for Bangladesh, along with Sri Lanka. That’s somewhat consoling. But no other country even bothered to take our concerns seriously, which just shows how ridiculous our demands were.

It's upto BCB and it's imbecile officials. They have brought this shame upon themselves. Now the innocent players and spectators have to bear the consequences of these officials stupidity.

No, nobody pushed us. Bangladesh is not a child that can be pushed into a decision. Our stance was based on moral and safety grounds, and we stand by our original position.

This is an inference that you have made based on the available information.

But other explanations are possible, e.g. BCCI holds more leverage over other boards, effectively compelling them to acquiesce rather than endure repercussions for taking a more principled stand. This is not a case of a "ridiculous demand" from BCB, but rather a case of leverage deployed by BCCI despite a completely logical demand from BCB.

Lol… we all know Pakistan was never going to boycott this World Cup in support of Bangladesh.

That’s why it was both funny and tragic to see you instigating Bangladeshis to confront India on this issue, fully aware that Pakistan would abandon them the moment things got difficult.

Sab doodh ka doodh aur pani ka pani ho jayega.
First and foremost, you need to prove PCB promised a boycott of the tournament before you can claim PCB "backtracked".

Pakistani citizens certainly expressed a desire for a boycott, myself included.

Now kindly prove PCB made this "promise" that you claim.

I'm waiting.

Gau mutra ka gau mutra bhi ho jayega.

@Jaeger do not propagate false claim her. PCB officially did not release any statement.

This matter is between BCB and ICC. PCB is not involved in this conflict. They support our position and that's more than enough for us. We appreciate Pakistan support.

The PCB never said anything officially. Everything was deliberately pushed through anonymous “sources” in friendly media outlets — because Pakistan never intended to do anything if Bangladesh was actually kicked out of the World Cup.

That’s why it was both hilarious and pathetic to watch some Bangladeshis pin their hopes on Pakistan for a joint boycott.

As I repeatedly told people on this very thread, Pakistan would be the first to abandon Bangladesh the moment the situation got even slightly uncomfortable — and that is exactly what is going to happen now.
