You may have missed my point. It is the average person who is now asking those questions. I belong to a chat group that is made up mostly of retired NYPD. So they have seen some things over the course of their careers. And yes, they are asking questions.

There were never going to be charges. At best, you are looking at a few successful cases on civil action, at worst, it will just be like this was: a few people going to resign, start fresh, and there is no legal recourse to any one of those victimsNo one will get arrested, only if we are living in a fair world, those girls and kids who were r@ped and killed and abused will have to wait a long time to seek justice, but as a Muslim I believe that Allah will one day do justice to them, and those who did such horrifying things will eventually get what they deserve, but in this world and now nothing will happen, soon America will start bombing Iran, and thousands of civilians will die in the process despite that US own Govt acknowledge to create the Chaos by manipulating the USD, do we have anyone taking to the streets? will it deter the Govt or USA soldier to not follow orders to drop a 2000lbs bomb over the heads of civilians ? nope... all media attention will be diverted to cover the war, while 20k+ dead kids of Gaza are already fading away from the media and public talking points, there is no justice for the kids in Gaza nor for the kids of Epstein island because powerful people hold the Govt, and Govt is strong because it controls the police/military so every twitter or podcaster who is speaking against this topic will see that none of the criminals will face justice.

Charges are about inference and implication; you can charge people and convict them only if you can prove there is inference and implication. This file is everything but; it is going to show in a bad light on multiple people, but that is just going to be that.
And that is because this file is about Epstein, and the only one who can collaborate any inference and implication is, well, Epstein, and he's dead.

I don't know how legal system works in US, but you are right that few people will resign and restart their lives, no hard punishments despite their names are present in emails and Govt massively trying to hide lots of information, if we are living in a just world and govt gives a crap about those kids the names would've been shown to the world and FBI would be on their doors busting in with guns.
We are reminded yet again that powerful, and some countries and govt can get away with anything and everything, whether its lies over WMD's of Iraq, lies about babies killed in incubators, or Genocide and Ethnic cleansing, murdering journalists and AID workers etc, you just have to be rich and know the right people.
what a shameful display of integrity shown over this whole Epstein files, and I know if I say Govt is protecting them there will be some Geniuses here say, If you hate America why don't you go back blah blah blah.

We don't really touch on the political aspects. These guys are cops. They are looking at this from the criminality standpoint. Why haven't arrests been made? Why are some of the files still being withheld?
A few of them worked undercover so I've no doubt they've seen the trafficking world as well. So they know the questions to ask.

It is well known that the CIA, other U.S. intelligence agencies, and Mossad have historically cooperated closely, even while occasionally finding themselves at odds.
Epstein likely functioned as an intelligence asset for Mossad, and quite possibly the CIA, beginning in the 1980s — roughly the same period as the Iran–Contra affair. Coinciding with his professional ascent as well.
Epstein’s public profile began to rise during this era. After leaving college without completing a degree, he secured a position at Bear Stearns in 1976. Over the next five years, he advanced unusually quickly for someone without formal academic credentials in finance. By 1981, he had departed the firm (Regulation D (SEC) and likely other shady stuff) and launched his own consulting business.
My guess is that the was approached by the intelligence agencies during his tenure at Bear Stearns.
It was during the early 1980s that Epstein began cultivating relationships with high-level politicians, prominent financiers, and wealthy international figures. The speed with which he entered elite social and financial circles is quite atypical for someone with his background. He must have been vetted beforehand and was likely helped by the agencies to reach those positions.
This begs the question though, why did the CIA or other intelligence service tolerate all his nefarious activities for all those years and why were some of the most powerful people in the US that heavily involved in all of it?
