Just look at the trend, Ukraine as a cohesive state will no longer exist and the demographics will get worse and worse, it was already bad before the war, after the war, the demographic trend of Ukraine is literally harmful to the future as a country. China is economy is fine with 5% growth It is the collective west that is dire strait with growth of only 1 or 2 percent, rising inflation, and homelessness. All those real estate overbuilds will be solved over time as China's urbanization rate is still 60% compared to 95% in the West. Some speculators will be burned and some developers will go bankrupt but that is life. Money is now directed to more productive manufacturing and high-tech, NEV <green technology, etc . China is now the largest EV manufacturer in the world. It is an economy in transition for the better!
