A non-aggression pact with Afghanistan where both countries commit to no longer supporting proxies in each other's lands could really help. If implemented in letter and spirit, it can eventually rebuild trust and TTP/BLA will no longer be of use to Afghans. Then their support will wither away.

USA and Pakistan should work together on Afghanistan and get closure. A proper full scale operation will need to take place on the Afghan border towns and regime change.

Please read through again. I don't know how you've correlated China giving us weapons to Pakistan army being good at running Pakistan.

That was not the point I was making with involving China. The point was that Pakistan military is not compromised like what Dajjali cult members preach, because if it was compromised then China would not consider Pakistan as one of its strategic partner.
