Pakistan not among 5 nations announced to have committed troops for International Stabilisation Force in Gaza

I think globalization is leading Pakistanis to better civic sense, feminism, more tolerance of religious minorities, gay rights, environmental awareness etc etc. Similarly, the so-called 'Martial' race blah blah is also being reduced
I would say that economic woes are making people more Conservative. In your generation people used to send the disabled child to memorise the Quran. Now people actively send their best child to the academy.
The value of the 'Chiragh' is only that he can blackmail the Pakistani nation over the events in K-P province, especially WRT to terrorism there. Even there he polled only 36% in the last elections. The twitter or the PDF noises don't impress me much. But then the news analysts and the tv anchors have to have some hot topic to talk about and what's more juicy than the Caliph of the Riyasat e Medina!
It's not just NWFP. With the element of Peeri Mureedi in the mix, he has significant clout in Sind and Punjab as well.
And how did you come to that conclusion?
Why Pakistan should cater to a zionist demand where its own soldiers become pawns and hostages to the one who controls the access?
Just sit back and relax... read or watch the proposals BoP makes for the waterfront Riviera.

We have sat back and saw a gruesome genocide take place. It would be better to take the chance and enforce some semblance of peace in that region. If Palestinians themselves are happy with a 2 state solution, who are we to impose our values upon them?

was talking about that uk minister qoute, thats just bullocks
And what about those 14 international former cricket captains? Anyway, I think that’s enough for today. We are discussing whether the Pakistan Army should go to Gaza under the command of Benjamin Netanyahu.
Some gentlemen who usually represent the Pakistani establishment are saying, “It’s better to send the army and get some financial help.” And then there is the other group, which I represent, saying that we must not send our soldiers without the permission of the Pakistani people.

Right.
There are many critics of the Trump ceasefire and the Board of Peace. But those critics don't have any alternate solutions beyond wishful thinking and we saw plenty of delusional posts since October 2023 when the Israel-Gaza war started.
The Gaza plans are 'As good as it gets' under the circumstances.

People believe being silent witness to a genocide is somehow more pious than any meager attempt at a lasting peace. Well news for everyone, no one's going to get this argument past their Maker.

We all are going to be held accountable. Be it for our silence or be it for our cheerleading.

Pakistan is 240 million strong and we should throw in our weight in things and not be like the 1.5bn weak Indians who carry no weight in this world.

This man prevented Pakistanis from holding demonstrations in favor of Palestine during this all genocide. Even I saw video people were holding flag during cricket match and police took away those Palestinians flags
good idea.

lets distrupt the lives of ordinary pakistanis who have nothing to do with palestine or israel. that will help them!

go demonstrate in tel aviv...whats shouting slogans down sharah e faisal gonna do?

Pakistan's UN Ambassadors were vocally, aggressively supporting the Gazans during the Israel-Gaza conflict to the point where the Palestinian UN delegation themselves praised the Pakistani support. Then just yesterday, sitting near the Israeli envoy to the Board of Peace, the Pakistani PM was clear in supporting the Palestinians, as Trump himself was listening to him.
And so if Pakistanis are doing that in high profile international venues, why to stop any pro Palestinian demonstrations inside Pakistan?!! Does that make any sense?? There had been many pro Palestinian large demonstrations in Pakistan during the Gaza war, even Pepsi has been boycotted by many Pakistanis. But the shameful--the shameful propaganda by the Imran fanbois over some limited restrictions here and there is extremely distasteful and ugly.
I have never seen a lying, evil cult like the Imran cult in Pakistan's history. Never. These people are so manipulative and yet led by a total idiot, which lends credence to the theories that some outside forces are behind them, otherwise their own intellectual capacity for propaganda should be less powerful.

Pretty slimy there sid!
Palestinians paid for ones who chose to exclude and bypass them on the table in granting them recognition and normalization of ties! They were failed by the ones outside before they jumped under the gun... all the while collective stood firmly behind its colony and Muslims silent and mum!

AND IT ISN'T PALESTINIANS but your own likudnik who not only wants one state between river and the sea but way past that... dumb dotards like Mahmoud Abbas are merely bench warmers. Palestinians didn't resign... they have literally no one holding their back!
And you think Pakistan sends its troops to aid Gazans? Pakistan cannot help itself in Gaza!!! Take it to the bank... cannot return fire on zion and prosecute anyone who doesn't hold their end of the bargain... a hired gun for the Riviera. So, save those tears as if you care!

From the posts of pti boys it is getting really hard to understand whether they want Pakistan to send troops or not
They are mostly confused bunch and low IQ. They are not satisfied either way, just like when PA start bombing Afghans and Tribal areas they cry how PA is killing people, and if they don't then they cry that establish is incompetent and useless and can't do anything. Remind me of the time of Lal Masjid operation when Journalists like Hamid Mir were on ground reporting asking Govt to take action against the terrorists and when they did he started complaining about the use of force against the Lal masjid.

There’s no issue with demonstrations. Many times they’re held in parks or other public places that don’t disrupt the lives of ordinary people. What’s the issue with people exercising their democratic rights to demonstrate for a righteous cause, provided they don’t break any laws? The big ones that do block major roads are planned well in advance to not disrupt the lives of ordinary people. Also, it’s no different from political parties doing demonstrations.

To show the people in Gaza and the world we’re with them.

The principled stance your man behind bars took in office is exactly what led to his incarceration. His defence of the Taliban and his plan to release them, negotiate with them and resettle thousands of terrorists in KP rang the alarm bells in the latter part of his tenure. Heck, him and Faiz even let Ehsanullah Ehsan go.

The only people in denial are you lot.
This shows your lack of knowledge of the Pakistani system. These were the policies of Pakistan Army regarding Taliban, TTP and Ehsanullah Ehsan that were being executed by Gen Bajwa and Gen Faiz.

Imran Khan is in prison because he refusing to play the Establishment game and refusing to take any deals. Has nothing to do with Taliban.

Get well soon.
I'm not the one with the mental rot unlike you and others like you. Pakistan Army derangement syndrome (PASD) over a druggy womanizing turned preacher - doing the enemy's work for them. Get well soon with your PADS.

They're going to disarm the indigenous people. Under Genocidal prime minister of Israel
Exactly
We have only "yes" by default......

brains without balls are meaningless....

Just check, Pakistanis have brains ( as you said) and Taleban have only balls .....both are struggling....
At the moment, Iranians are the only ones in the Ummah that have both, brains and balls.

At least come up with some fresh insults. Jo west mai propaganda hota wai wahee nakal kertay ho. Nalaiq fauj@@ts.

What are you talking about? I used to be in the same mental state as you. We used to defend them too, even against our own conscience. But then we saw the reality and the truth what they did to Fatima Jinnah, the Mother of the Nation, when they called her a b****.
When they did not accept the mandate of the winning party in 1971 and became the reason for the breakup of Pakistan. When they sidelined Dr. A. Q. Khan. When their DG ISPR started holding political press conferences in open media. When they appointed retired generals as chiefs. When they took away election symbols from political parties and from the Pakistani people.
And now in 2024, they again did not accept the mandate of the winning party. They did not allow elections to be held within the constitutional time limit, breaking the Constitution just to make sure their puppets could win. And even after all that, they hardly won only 17 seats. Then they put the winning leader in prison. And on top of that, they even agreed to send soldiers under the control of a Zionist prime minister.
These are the realities. I was like you once a “mental case” so don’t tell me these are small things. If I start writing everything, the whole forum will be messed up. So go and talk about the real issue and stick to the point..
And never challenge my loyalty. Our graveyards are full with the martyred from armored forces. People stop sending their sons to the armored forces and they even stopped inviting the people from armed forces in their events. And that hurts inside. And when they start following their oath they will be beloved sons again.
