I could never by default and let me disengage from discussion, also thank you for your time and effort trying to clarify your positions for me, although i disagree with lot of it i appreciate courtesy.Well, if you think you understand the Iranian society better than an Iranian, then it's your right to think so. But you seemed curious and I shared with you why these things are happening in Iran.
The system hasn't collapsed yet because Iranians hoped that the Islamic Republic would change slowly over time. The Islamic Republic created a bi-partisan system where reformists were supposed to provide an alternative to the current policies. Yet, the reformists turned out to follow exactly similar policies, only leaning towards Europe.
The reformists lean towards Europe and the US, the conservatives lean towards Russia and China. Both of them have exactly the same core policies that the people do not want.
Now after 4 decades, people are completely fed up with the situation and the new generation is even more anti-regime than ever.
