I am losing hope in the young generation of Iranians
they tear down posters of martyrs from the June war with Israel? why? in what other country in the world do people behave like this?

these are supposed to be some of the most educated of Iranians and the next generation who want democracy in Iran

Well first of all these people are 0.1 % of Iran. But they should be immediately persecuted/punished. This is when and where you show the power of the state.
Give the person 1-4 years jail/forced labor to assist martyred/wounded Iranians. Make a documentary about it and broadcast it. Make an example. This makes others think twice before they start to attack state symbols.
Why is it that in UK you will be put in jail when you demonstrate against genocide (peacefully) but in Iran you can insult people killed by a genocidal regime?

Our culture has been under constant attack for a very long time from all sides. West refusing to acknowledge our accomplishments and contributions to civilization. Muslims refusing to acknowledge most scholars and scientists from Islamic golden age were Persian. IRI not acknowledging pre Islamic Iran. Constant propaganda by the west since the revolution.

These garb gedas call themselves "Iran parast" all day long yet they identify themselves as the western "Spartans" from a movie depicting a war between Spartans and Persian Empire( Not the Islamic Republic). They suffer from a very deep inferiority complex.

The violence started before the Islamic republic with Reza Pahlavi's daddy using the Imperial Iranian Army to butcher peaceful protesters on mass. He had even deployed Chieftain MBTs and AH-1Js against Iranians protesting his reign. The Shah only fled Iran when the Troops started to side with the people and refused to kill protesters.

All Iranians are violent extremists. The monarchists fantasize about inflicting the same violence they cry about on tens of millions of religious Iranians. Despite the monarchist's claims, the mullahs are uniquely Iranian and they are both born of the same failed culture. The country will never be successful and is doomed to swing back and forth on the pendulum of extremism until climate change wipes it out.

No, they are not. Many of these Mullahs have been born in Iraq or have Iraqi parents as well. So, they are not "uniquely Iranian".
Basically, the clergy of Iran and Iraq have a long history of marrying each other. Not only Iraq and Iran, but Lebanon too.
