Can someone explain why the hell our boys did not carry out this operation the moment they were kidnapped?? WTH were we waiting for!!?? Why are our peoples lives not important enough for our forces!! Damn them for not doing this. The Americans went out of their way to save one captain and killed the pirates. Hell, even South Korea has done it and Indians. But we could not. Shame on navy, army and government. Only our air force has the balls the rest our resting on them since our independence. Shame on every officer and government official that could not make a decision regarding this.
Infact I am the idiot to think they should/would care. If they still make our boys roam around in pickups in war zones while they roam around in bullet proof merc's and land cruisers in the capital city!!! what can u expect from them. Bastards!! The fact that some died and got injured is what's pissing me off. How the hell could they have let Somali police handle this. You bastards 'are responsible for our safety and you can't even do your job against some sandle wearing mofos. Shame on you!!!!

Sorry for the language but i feel for the family members who lost their loved ones especially considering we talk a lot about our army and their expertise. Where the hell was it when we need it the most. This is what you get trained and paid for. Do your damn duty of protecting us where ever the hell we are!! Quick to save the rich bloody Arabs but don't care about your own citizens. You pricks!!

And before anyone says its the governments decison, yes we know, but if the army or navy had said we can do it and it being Somalia I dont think they would have refused!!

It isnt about just the "units" on the ground saying they can do this.
And yes the bold does factor in - more importantly the simple fact is.

you are protesting this here - which is fine - but at most some people will talk to this at some small civil society protest in Islamabad.

When as Pakistanis you have made it abundantly clear that your lives are based on economic class and justice is only the connections of the top 0.1% - then even if there were 50 SSG-N who were eager-willing and so on - the ones at the top weighed their currently outreach in Somalia, costs to mount an operation and then what happens if they fail and the body bags come despite employement of your military..

You are justified to be angry - but also take that justification with the reality of who you are as a people.
