No water is going anywhere. Desilting the reservoir will increase its capacity back to the designed one. After that it will generate power more efficiently and for longer time due to increased water availability.
Right now India can’t divert even one litre water away from the rivers assigned to Pakistan.

Unfortunately, none of them could make use of the world-famous Pakistani filter and the Pakistani translators to comprehend like Pakistanis.

If we read this sentence like you are then 35 million people all came to trump and told him the Pak PM would have died. How did he talk to 35 million people?

Sharif Khandaan is Modi ji ka year and one of our biggest assets in Pakistan. India would have never considered harming Shehbaaz Sahab even if 35 million people had asked for it.
