God forgive me for giving bad example, but Pakistan should also release images of the HVT of TTP or its affiliates. Intelligence based ops and decapitation strikes are the most effective way of cutting the head of the snakes. Otherwise we will be stuck fighting lower rank militias for days without an end.

I don't think we have even gone for the HVTs only strategic bombardment to reduce their fighting capacity.
