in any case, given the needed 12 for Fordow, which is only 50-60m under mountains, they have no hope of using GBU-57s to destroy 30+ SSM bases under 100-500m of mountains. some bases have mountain overburden of 800 metres at the highest point ... they can only temporarily block the entrances, as usual.

Once Zio-US is low on drones and ABM interceptors then the advantage moves to Iran for 2 reasons:

1. Iran has better ability to shoot missiles at ground, air and ship targets without being detected.

2. It also will cause far more damage when firing at ground and ship targets as interception rates drastically fall.

Iran needs to keep going for another 5-7 days to deplete the drones and ABM interceptors.

i am aware of B52 figures and the rest is an estimate. I knew about THAAD batteries been destroyed more than 24 hours ago before it was even shared here, which was confirmed with me way earlier, now its on PDF.

THAAD in Jordan is 1000km+ from Iran. that is not "very near to Iran" at all.

how many countries can precisely strike a radar from 1000km away while having to penetrate several tiers of the most advanced American air defences in the world?

Agree that is a phenomenal performance or some feat by iran, however i was talking of UAE that it is near iran and generalized it..my bad..and the most difficult, jordan, i missed but thank you.. plus i search jordan don't have THAAD of its own that is definitely either from USA own inventory or from Israel

how many SSM bases does Iran have? (30+)

how deep under mountains are these? (100-500m)

how many GBU-57s does USA have? (estimated < 20 after Fordow/Natanz strikes)

... you can draw your own conclusions

these underground bases have many tunnels, so for only one base, they are going to need many missiles!

at best, they can restrict access to a part of base if hit is successful

base can be recovered

Exactly, If air superiority was achieved, why would the Americans only use stand-off munitions like cruise missiles from the B-52 and expend 25% of their entire tomahawk supply?
