Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

Yes, Su-24s were shot down by F-15QAs scrambled out of Al Udeid. The same formation circled around to check for other bandits
Hows your father and your relatives ? Hope they are fine.
On topic what they were doing in that area isnt it too far from iran, for su 24s?

Qataris are funding stupid articles about downing imaginary jets and missiles and drones in western news agencies that will publish any crap if you pay them.

They are claiming Imaginary IRIAF jets attacking Qatar. LOL the type they say attacked them is grounded because of lack of spares. These PGCC countries were trying to suck Jews+US off but got punched by IRGC so hard that they are now inventing stories to escape the responsibility to actually fight aggressor Iran. I like it. Imaginary jets and missiles being shot down lol.

Actually its not hard to believe that hundreds of missiles are intercepted and those jets shot down too. There are millions of residents from various countries who are eye witness of effectiveness of air defense systems installed. But every now and then a missile or a drone gets through defenses too.

Thank you. Ya that definitely looks intentional. Hope the pilot gets away with it somehow, he deserves a medal.

All the missile bases are still safe, right? If they are as deep as claimed (300-600 meters underground) then the bunker-busters won't be able to penetrate, right? Even if the entrances are collapsed, there's still a way to access and fire those missiles from inside or create a new entrance from inside?

Makes sense why the pilots had literally no reaction time.

But a serious "dafuq" moment for the Kuwaiti pilot and his ground controller.
I think Kuwaiti pilot scored three kills - intently was shooting to kill.

NOW why he did it? did he went rogue?

Blasts everyday. Whenever I'm on the phone with him, I'd hear the shockwaves of the Patriot missiles going up. Missiles are being shot specifically at the training wing buildings now at Isa Air Base. The IPs and student pilots along with some ground crew occasionally pick up missile fragments as souvenirs. Iran and Bahrain have had their Shia versus Sunni games for years....this time they have a reason to fire at them.

The word was that they had taken off to attack Al Udeid while flying low level but got intercepted a bit late. Lead was hit first while no. 2 a few seconds afterwards. No wreckage found yet though.

There is merit in the article. There are several videos coming out of Iran that show predator drones circling above in the skies. Since the AD right now seems non existent, these underground bases are going to be of little use. Americans have the ordinance to penetrate deep underground and destroy such facilities. Again, the main problem is the AD. Even MANPADs would've probably helped in some cases to take out drones. I'm not even going into ISR from satellites. I'm sure the pentagon already has plenty of info on these underground bases.

Looking at the rate at which the missile and drone strikes are reducing, I'm inclined to believe that the end is just a few weeks away.

The missile rate is reasonable

The initial surge was both because of capabilities, and to use up interceptors and get some missile penetration to hit targets.

Now it's getting to the point where virtually everything will get through,

Their is no invasion force waiting, Iran knows this, it can now drag this out and the longer it's dragged out the more pressure that builds up

Chinese air defense systems failed Iran? Or the enemy's EW assets are so powerful that just ground-based AD without the full package of Friendly Air Force jets with modern AESA radars and AWACS working together, makes Iran unable to handle enemy EW and mass saturation missile attacks?

Thats not a good news if it continues like that may be another Desert storm is on the card.
As your father is IP so he wnt be a part of any mission right?
Hope things go back to normal but trith is its not looking good for the region.
I pray that you father and his students remain out of danger.
we all are with you.

Thats a good point.

Iranian missiles with lower number of launches can create more damage as the interceptors stock has come down.

In addition, the KhurramShehrs and cluster bombs are absolutely impossible to intercept in terminal phase.

InshaAllah with Haifa port and few other air bases up in smoke, the Iranians will have more leverage at the negotiating table.
