As you can see from the powerful countries listed below
I believe IRAN should rank very high in either 7 or 8. They are extremely strong and fierce against major superpowers + their allies. It is hard to believe they are far more capable of responding to everything quickly and decisively, we can see clearly going on in this thread.
Pakistan’s rank should move to 25 or 29 due to very slow responses and poor strategic planning last year. It relied too heavily on the airforces all the times. Always fear of West responses and obeying them.
India’s rank should move to 19 or 22 after the war failed last year and poor airforces crash. "Good Actors" and downgraded by West now.
Israel's rank should move to very bottom 44 or 52 due to American support constantly and heavy supplies. Without support, they are gone quickly.

Some people are , shall we say, abnormally impressed with America and follow it blindingly. Thus if Trump tells them to run the blockade of the Strait and that he will keep them safe, they actually believe that hyperpower superpower megaempire America can do it. Then reality bites them.

European Union is the most dysfunctional incompetent group of failed states. They allowed America to destroy Nordstrom and now are caught vulnerable due to the Israeli American attacks on Iran. They have no solution to their energy crisis.
