strategic win and then what? How will Iran rebuild while maintaining hostilities with the US? Rinse and repeat of whac a mole of Iranian leader followed by bombing, droning and missile attacks every six months? Persisting would require continuing to divert funding to the military at the expense of investments in the economy. I suspect the Iranian people have had enough of this vicious cycle. I once claimed Trump wouldn't attack Iran not with the mid terms looming. I was wrong, he doesn't care about the elections or public opinion. So while he is President, are we in a destructive loop?
 
Whats mind boggling is how 100 billion defense budget of Saudi Arabia served for nothing, same for the other PGCC with their shiny F-16 and Rafale/EF-2000 which served for strictly nothing

All of this to get attacked by Iran's missiles and just sit there and do nothing

And people back in 2016 were telling us that UAE could invade Iranian islands and that Saudi Arabia is a threat to Iran with its shiny toys, and that Iran's missiles and drones were from AliExpress or photoshopped

Too early to make that judgement. These vassals are all waiting for orders from Washington and there is something serious cooking that involves an extensive GCC/US/Israeli air campaign over Iran while simultaneously the US Navy/Marines push to open the Strait and seize Kharg Island, with a raid on the nuke materials a bonus.

A very fair question. A strategic win for Iran would mean the US gives up the idea of changing the govt to its liking and smashing the country to pieces, because the cost of doing so proved prohibitive for the US and its vassals. It will have to learn to co-exist with Iran in the region. Otherwise we may be back at this in another 8 to 12 months.

The money from the "defense budget" is often used for corruption and embezzlement of public funds. EX: USA announce a "defense budget" of 900 billion dollars, but 600 billion of this amount goes to "private security companies that work for the American government" (companies like Blackwater, Halliburton, and others). It's the biggest corruption scheme of all time.

The Iranians aren't crazy. Even the moderate ones don't buy American/Israeli propaganda. Most sane Iranians understand that they must resolve their issues by themselves. What Israel made the US do is suicide and we are witnessing the results as we speak.
