Anybody here can correlate what happened to Mirage 5PA2/PA3 of No.8 Sqn? are they merged with No.50 Sqn or completely decommissioned?

Actually, i wanted to understand No.50 sqn equipment? what types they are operating?

Ex-Libyan Mirage 5
Pakistani Mirage 5PA
Pakistani Mirage 3RP

Its like a big squadron with hand me down non-upgraded mirages.

Also can old model mirage utilize ALCM?

I believe the Mirage 5PA2/3 were the most advanced Mirage PAF models available off the shelf. In my view, they were almost equivalent to the Mirage 50 without the Atar 9K50 engine. Somehow, I thought PA2/3 would be upgraded with Rose 1. I also believe that these would be better overall than the ex-Australian upgraded Rose 1. In the 90s, I also believed that PA Mirages could be upgraded with Rose 1. That would have provided Pakistan with a solid 60 Rose 1 mirage 5 fighters, along with another 30 ex-Australian Rose 1 units and an additional 10 ex-Libyan Mirage 3s that could have been upgraded to Rose 1, totaling 100 single-seat, single-engine 3.5-generation fighters. ALAS!
