I don't know why you brought me to this discussion. But.. okay, about a week ago, I paid $2.86 for a Gallon (US Gallon) which was a good 40 cents before the last price check 1-2 weeks ago. Me and wife, barely leave the house except for short drives to restaurants and stores and gas in our respective tanks lasts literally 6-8 weeks+
However, inflation was already bad before this war and if this doesn't stop soon then the so-called strategic reserves of oil to be released won't help much. The MAGA around me only understand the wallets getting smaller.

Now if the Iranian satellite communication is gone the spy sat pictures of Russia and China should be correlated together to get a precise picture and after hit data should be analysed as well. There can be moles in one or both of the suppliers. It is not a trust issue but since it is war time and everything is at stake for isreal-usa they will use every bargaining chip to supply false target data to Iran in return of some incentives to respective countries. You dont give a blank cheque to whom you do business with no matter how established the relations are. So it is a business issue and these countries will understand it in my opinion.

Best would be mounting the satcom antenna inside Russias eastern areas where Ukraine cant hit or better in China and correlate Iranian spy satellite pictures with Russian-Chinese ones to get precise target info. Ofcourse they can destroy Iranian satellite but in that case debris can hit several usa spy sats over Ukraine as well. they will claim Russian S500 but it will be debris of Iranian spy satellite ofcourse. So they wont decide to destroy the Iranian satellite easily.
