For continuous heavy bombing operations? Probably not. Nor do I think, even with the forward deployment of B-1 / B-2 / B-52 aircraft are they doing continuous operations.

Unlike WWII, where a several hundred to thousand plane raids were the norm due to the technology at the time, the use of a single aircraft or perhaps up to three will suffice for most of the targets being hit. That of course is due to the advances in technology and precision of the weapons employed.

This echo chamber was used to deceive you into believing that Iran posed an imminent threat to the United States, and that should you strike now, there was a clear path to a swift victory. This was a lie and is the same tactic the Israelis used to draw us into the disastrous Iraq war that cost our nation the lives of thousands of our best men and women. We cannot make this mistake again.

As a veteran who deployed to combat 11 times and as a Gold Star husband who lost my beloved wife Shannon in a war manufactured by Israel, I cannot support sending the next generation off to fight and die in a war that serves no benefit to the American people nor justifies the cost of American lives.

I pray that you will reflect upon what we are doing in Iran, and who we are doing it for. The time for bold action is now. You can reverse course and chart a new path for our nation, or you can allow us to slip further toward decline and chaos. You hold the cards.

It was an honor to serve in your administration and to serve our great nation.

What will the UAE do ? I am not aware of their Navy. Maybe they will conduct air strikes on Iran or send a force to seize those 3 islands they are in dispute with Iran over ?

Probably their Air Force, they have some good planes and have been taking training from top air forces like PAF for a long time.

The F-15's which were shot down through friendly fire were in the Air to shoot down Iranian Missiles being fired at US bases. They were defending against Iranian missiles, just like all the other ABM systems of the GCC countries. There is quite a difference between an F-15 taking to the air to defend its base and an F-15 taking to the air to attack Iran!

Even though I am getting tired of repeating myself. The GCC countries are hosting the US for their protection and not for attacks on Iran. It is their soverign decision, right or wrong. And as long as GCC bases are not being used to attack Iran, all Iranian attacks are unjustified and are only being undertaken because Iran neither has the means to hit US mainland nor the technology to target US Aircraft carrier group ships.

Well, F-15Es, like those shot down over Kuwait, do need runways…

I think there’s a slight sophistication here… the GCC states are correctly stating that they aren’t allowing strikes from their territory. Except US bases in GCC countries are considered US territory.

There are plenty of posts documenting bases, air space, intel and radar sharing that the GCC is providing to US and Israeli attacks on Iran. There are also clips of US HIMARS firing at Iran from Kuwait and Bahrain.

There are also posts documenting MBS and Netanyahu pushing for this war. You will have to search for it. GCC is no innocent lamb.
