But if you see Iraq and Afghanistan wars, while the wars were horrible in destructiveness, there were much fewer casualties than in Vietnam. About a tenth of Vietnam (less than 5,000 vs. more than 50,000). One important reason is, Vietnam had many draftees while modern wars have professionals. But destructive it will be. And the Iranians themselves are no less capable
