Americans have bowed to their master and is illegally bombing Iran. You know when non of your allies back you and you are in a minority of 1 - you got it wrong.
You seem to conveniently forget that when Iran was attacked a year ago - the Americans said tht Irans nuclear program was put back by 30 years - were they lying or are they lying now?
This war was started by the US because of intense pressure by Israel.
Children have been targeted and schools hit. You cannot deny the feeling of ordinary and even moderate Iranians blood boiling

That thing either some other projectile or AI. It is definitely within the atmosphere, so its unlikely to be an anti-satellite weapon launched by Iran, as such a weapon would travel in space to avoid atmospheric drag and would be a kinetic kill weapon as soon as it reaches space, there will be no engines or plumes that far out in its trajectory. Those are only visible within atmosphere or if something is falling into atmosphere. Falling satellites also burn too high in the upper atmosphere in an extremely horizontal trajectory, mostly lacking any colour and are not visible this low.

I take Astrophotographs with my telescopes almost every night and I see dozens of satellite trails, occasional ISS passes, as well as rocket launches as they pass over during my imaging sessions ... this is how anything which is human launched and outside of upper atmosphere appears, no matter what type it is or how distant/close or how large/small it is. Its always a point-like dot, like the one passing in the foreground of this galaxy's image (the trail is due to long exposure, it is a single dot otherwise) . Only the structure of ISS is barely visible in space, that too, with lots of stacking & processing.

I know a bit about Xi and his upbringing/family and how he rose to power. He doesn’t strike me as a man who wants to be forced into a military solution, no matter how enticing the opportunity.

There was rumors that he wanted to take Taiwan back in 2024, but he was talked out of it by a high ranking party official (forgot the name) who has since been removed for “corruption”.

I’d like a Chinese person’s opinion as I don’t follow Chinese geopolitics enough to make an assessment on Xi’s long term plan for Taiwan.

Russians positions are mysteries akin to a Russian doll... keep peeling and there's another inside.
They have brought the Ukrainian conflict to a simmer that cannot be resolved amicably on the table as the cardless joker in Kyiv wants none of it... there to rule the ashes. And Putin when it comes to leverage placates for some unknown ideals.
Not even asking to get his assets unfrozen ... happy with the windfall. This is where the perfidy of his counterparts(the collective) becomes apparent because they just wouldn't miss a chance as juicy as that... when the cost of US blunder is being shouldered by the world nd he's just happy racking it in... till it doesn't and the sanctions fall back on...

We have had the same kind of snakes in Pakistan bro. Someone who spies against their own nation is someone who has sold out their nation (their mother) they have no honour left, best thing to do is disconnect them from the server.
