Saudi Pakistan pact was signed against israel's potential threat as soon as KSA realized that US will not stop israel from attacking anyone in Gulf. It was not against Iran, even if Arab media outlets wave around this theory in self defense. Pakistan decided not to be a part of Yemen war despite all the pressure. The same stands valid now.
