As if USA themselves have stopped developing Missiles and Nuclear warheads.
They are spending Billions on a replacement of Minuteman ICBM and new warheads.
Its all good if the y do it, but "Haraam" is Pakistan doe s something similar but nowhere near that scale.

DNI’s statement is an attempt to exaggerate and sensationalize Pakistan’s missile capabilities while obscuring India’s growing and advanced missile and nuclear delivery means. In truth, Pakistan’s delivery technology lacks even Iran and North Korea, let alone compete with india.

If that is the case then Pakistan rather sell their Nuclear warheads.
Because Iranian missiles had a higher than 80% interception rate , specially over Israel.
Thats nowhere near the basic criteria for a nuclear conflict, the MAD.
If 8 or 9 out of 10 Pakistani missiles carrying Warheads get intercepted, India will have a field day , making Pakistanis look like a Glowing Naswaar.

India doesnt have 1/10th the BMD capabilities as Israel and we already have MIRVs in form of ababeel to make their job even harder
