Likely due to hitting the solid fuel mixers and casing pits and rocket engine facilities. But they will just be rebuilt.

And it remains to be seen if Iran has any hidden missile production sites.

I'm sure after the war they can rebuild. I suppose during the war it's a dwindling stockpile.

I think he only said solid fuel missiles

he knows Iran can still make liquid fuel missiles, which are comparatively much simpler to produce

IRGC confirmed yesterday that it is still producing missiles to this day

and Iranian missile launch rates against Israel are consistently 10-15 missiles per day for several weeks now.

Today's news:

  • A Greek Patriot battery operating in Saudi Arabia intercepted Iranian missiles, prompting accusations of Greek military involvement in a conflict.
  • Defense Minister Nikos Dendias stated the interception proves the effectiveness of Greek armed forces and that Greece was invited by Saudi Arabia to protect global citizens.
  • Dendias highlighted the intercepted Iranian missiles traveled at speeds of 4,000 km per hour, suggesting future threats could be faster.
  • Opposition parties, including PASOK and SYRIZA, criticized the government, arguing the interception signifies Greece's involvement in an armed conflict.
  • Opposition leaders called for the Patriot battery and personnel to return to Greece and demanded explanations from the Ministry of National Defense.

He explained that Greece was invited by the Saudi government. “What we are doing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is protecting every EU and global citizen, as the price of oil is very important for our livelihood,” he emphasized.

Dendias also noted that the Iranian missiles intercepted by the Greek Patriots in Saudi Arabia were three times faster than other missiles. “We are talking about speeds of 4,000 km per hour. In the future, we may need to face other missiles with speeds, for example, of 7,000 km per hour,” he added meaningfully.

My question: Is that possible with PAC-2?

Its based off copium...

For the most part, Iran will have moved a fair portion of the manufacturing industry for its missiles into secure mountain storage knowing that it is a target. They would have learnt this lesson from the 12day war.

I do think alot of the USA and Iran has hit, has been empty buildings imho.

Iran still has the missile designs, the engineers and a chunk of its manufacturing capability stored. Whatever got destroyed can be easily rebought commercially anyway. The programme will be up and running in no time at all.

Israel releases statistics on Iranian MRBM launch rates:

mis.jpeg

170 missiles fired in the first 3 days

then 10-15 missiles per day since then

total of 370 missiles launched as of yesterday, with 285 reaching Israel (23% failure rate)

another 15+ reached Israel today, bringing the total to approx 385 / 300

we probably need the number to reach 500 before we see notable gaps in their defences. at this rate that will take another 7-8 days
