But Russia and China would love to see that tech, Russia in particular vs using its Soviet era FAB series of bombs.

They will be traded to them after the war for [hopefully] something of value in return.

Tomahawk tech Iran could use since it still doesn’t have a mass producible cruise missile design it likes (Ya Ali, Paveh, Kh-55 variants, etc all just ancillary designs).

HIMARS tech could help eventually replace the error prone FATH 360.
