One astronaut from the SZ-23 flight crew will conduct a one-year stay experiment.

This news suggests that Pakistani astronauts will travel aboard the SZ-24 spacecraft to China's Tiangong space station, stay for 5-7 days, and then return to Earth aboard the SZ-23 spacecraft. The SZ-24 spacecraft is expected to launch in the second half of this year.
The official news also mentioned that astronauts selected from Hong Kong and Macau will travel to the Tiangong space station to carry out missions as early as this year.
At that time, we can expect to see astronauts from mainland China, Hong Kong and Macau, and Pakistan posing for a group photo at the Tiangong space station.
Note: The above is my personal speculation.

Why is the ISPR making this statement? Shouldn’t SUPARCO be issuing this statement? Or is SUPARCO now under the military?

Very interesting. I didn’t know this. Honestly, it makes perfect sense and it explains a lot of the questions I had around SUPARCO.

The two Pakistani astronauts are Muhammad Zeeshan Ali and Khurram Daud. (Official news reports disclosed only their names, with no other information. If anyone here knows them, for reasons of safety and confidentiality, please do not disclose their personal information until more details are officially released.)
They will soon travel to the China Astronaut Research and Training Center to undergo training. Upon completing the various training modules and passing the assessments, one of them will participate in a spaceflight mission as a payload specialist, thereby becoming the first foreign astronaut to enter the Chinese Space Station.
Our Pakistani friends can now begin sending them their best wishes!
