Most uae and others data centers could have been replicated and sent to data centers accross europe by now. Iran must have also copied the data now and secured them underground so hitting well known government data center buildings or bank data centers wont destroy the data for both sides. But transferring replication data from internet to other areas is not possible for Iran because internet connection is degraded. Only by sending hardware storage devices to other countries data can be replicated on servers abroad. That is for non sensitive commerical data centers. Confidential data is stored underground.

I am definitely not very familiar with radio signal analysis, so my findings are based on the surgery of the content of the encrypred messages. To be able to understand those without having access to the codebook, i needed to establish a hypothesis and then work on the messages within the framework of my hypothesis. You know with such coded messages they are literally not understandable, pretty much at all if you are not the intended recipient . Pointless story time by old man rescue ranger. About 2012-2015 belive it not trainers from Pakistan went to develop the UAE emergency response program.


I was part of said contingent - we stayed for one month trained local trainers and returned.


One of our trainers (name withheld) decided to take up a full time permanent post in Dubai as a master trainer and manager to develop the long term project.

As soon as all the local emerati trainers and managers were trained up the Govt. Of Dubai kicked him up is ass and returned him to Pakistan citing this post was now reserved for UAE nationals only.
