Enlistment age is for volunteers. Them upping the age to ~42 means they don't have to worry about anybody being forced out in the next few months for being "too old". They'd rather keep everybody that wants to stay.

This pre-notification is crazy, and shows lack of OPSEC by the IRGC. Why announce targets ahead of time, so that the other person can move defences to that target ?!?!?!?!

What kind of madness does the IRGC operate under for basic OPSEC protocols ??!?!

Iran has more short range missiles then long range. And the missile response time to PG states is a mere few mins vs 8-10 for Israel.

The Persian Gulf defenses have fallen sooner than Israel’s. Israeli defenses still likely can resist for another 1-2 weeks at the current fire rates. It’s a Small country and they have the most interceptors vs Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, etc.

Psyops, and showing eye-for-eye tactic to the public, which means we are just responding, not starting the aggression. This makes the public more sympathetic to us.

Yup. And their service lives are much harder than ours, I am quite sure. :D

And quality lasts and lasts in stamina too. US aircraft carriers can go over a million miles between refueling stops, for example, and never run out of fresh water at sea.
