not many (if any ) to be honest. not even those that lack any seaport. e.g Afghanistan for ideological reasons.
 
One very particular aspect of this war is that I didn’t hear anything coming from Holy Mosque. Where’s Imam e Kaba who would immediately condemn any minor incident happening in the HIGH MORAL VALUE people. Maybe I am not aware maybe he condemned the US-Isr attack on school kids? ? Or any condemnation on civilians by these pedos?
I am sure he would have been jumping right now coming up with full book of fatwas if something like happened on the other side
