The point is Greece without indigenous equipment,has proven more reliable and quicker to aid friendly countries,than Turkey. That's the whole point. Turkey with its big indigenous defence industry and boasts of state of the art systems,Korkut,Hisar,Siper as well as owning S-400s,is out of the picture.

For the last few years we've been hearing endless bragging and big words by certain people here about Turkey's indigenous state-of-the-art AA systems and the Steel Dome,
as well as about the S-400s(which will cut the Aegean in half,the Aegean is Turkey's playzone,Greek pilots will come close and game over etc etc. the usual comments),the Turkish Air Force and how strong it is,the Turkish power projection which wins everywhere,
in Syria,in Libya,in Somalia,in Sudan,in...Qatar.

And the fact of the matter is during this whole thing,Turkey hasn't down a fly. Not even a single Shahed.

Before this war,a few months ago,you were cheering about how close your relations with the Qataris were,you guys on PDF were going on and on about the Eurofighters and Qatar and how close your friendship is and how much you cooperate etc.
Turkey is absent from actively protecting Qatar. Even tiny Greece gave some missiles and other equipment to them.

You wanna burn through your Patriot interceptors for Israel, from the Turkish perspective, I think Turkey is more than happy. Not sure who is going to compensate Greece for them, or who will replenish them, or when. Greece certainly will not have priority over US, Israel, Gulf states and possibly not even the Pacific or Europe. So go ahead, waste interceptors you don't produce, that already have delays in deliveries.

Just to be clear, the Greek military enthusiasts on social media are absolutely fuming. They argue that these systems and missiles are scarce and the inventory of Greece was already limited before the war.

In other words: just like the Gulfies, our neighbor's politicians are not prioritising their own country's military needs.

Just like the Arabs, the Greeks assume that EU and US will help them and save them from the 'evil Turks'. As we all know, this worked out perfectly for the Arabs.

Not for Israel,for Saudis and Emiratis,with which we have agreements and with Qatar apparently. From what is being said,they will compensate the missiles with newer and better ones. Saudi have allegedly also promised to upgrade our battery there. The Emirates had provided us with big stocks of valuable spare parts for the Apache.
