Sensitive targets like ad installations in Jordan can be hit with miniature cruise missiles and shaheed drone swarms for larger targets. Shaheeds can fly pretty low like several meters above desert area connecting Jordan and Iraq considering there are not many buildings there. Detecting them by awacs and catching them would be more difficult from above if they fly low enough.

Problem is the Israeli regime dont want a deal. They may sabotage any potential deal by a false flag attack on themselves blaming the iranians etc. snakes will do anything to continue this nonsensical war

Which weapon system to use is not the point. Point is hitting Jordan is too risky because it may give Israel an opportunity to grab Jordanian land, then you would have an own goal.

From Iran's point of view, a deal with the goreh mean NOTHING as the americans/israelis will regroup/come back and attack Iran again. Better for Iran to fight this out once and for all and be done with it so the americans/israelis do not attack again, especially now since the Iranians are winning the war.

How was he hit. If it is a safe house like a building these buildings are not safe some agent seeing him or his security around the building would inform about the building. Western areas of Iran and Tahran area are under heavy air attack so those areas are also very risky places to station the command structure. If it is required to station there at least there should be some quick dig out tunnel + bunker structure with the tunnel starting from inside some buiding and exit from another building so even they destroy the tunnel entry building by detecting from spy sats they wont see the exit building and the bunker itself.
