I am not certain about anything. It can go both ways. There's no telling at this point. The US may eventually use nukes on Iran, particularly tactical nukes against Iran's missile cities as they are immune to conventional bunker busters.

Question is if America is willing to absorb that high of a human cost. They don't care much about losses of assets, they can absorb that kind of damage.

The American may also have assistance on the ground from traitors. There are plenty of those that do resist the current regime in Iran

I mean current regime may have calculated 100's of Americans death in ground invasion but does American people have the appetite for this? Trump popularity is all time low and he is surviving because he is doing the bidding of Zionists who practically own both sides of American Politics, have you seen major democrats doing anything? nope, that's the dilemma of American voter, they don't wanna vote for a Trump or his support base because they are nutjobs, on the other hand the democrat leadership is also compromised, I mean all of this is due to Biden (A Democrat) inability to stop the war in Gaza but in fact he has fully supported it and threaten anyone who even try to stop it, this whole mess which now Trump carrying is a precursor of Democrats.

Iran is stuck between two bad choices, they have to take one and unfortunately for them there are no good options left. Even if America just keep bombing Iran for 2-3 more weeks there won't be many targets left, and later if America leave than Iran is already sent back decades, they will need time to clear the destruction, then if sanctions are lift the long process of rebuilding the Iran begins, and they need 5-10 years of absolute peace, means no more attacks from Israel or no more attacks on their scientists which I don't think will happen, because the Air power of Israel hasn't been touched at all. They still have the bombs, they still got the planes, all the support from US/EU, and all the AD will be replenish by America and American tax payers money anyway.
