US Perspective on the Iran - Israel / US War

Yeah, but it was Yahoo sending jets to un alive the entire Iranian military leadership and Ayatolla , not the Arabs, and one would expect Iranian to hit where the attacks came from.
But that's not the case .

Arabs were COMPLICIT, that's why they are suffering the consequences

The U.S plunged them and their economies into turmoil all for Israel

If they are still stupid enough to trust the U.S then they deserve no sympathy or mercy or support from anyone

@safriz not read many posts in this thread recently if any but just seen some of your posts - which are mostly spot on in terms of facts.

You have to realize this simple fact. The Iranian regime has not hurt the US mainland even once since 1979. They are incapable of doing that. Same story - largely when it comes to Israel.

On the other hand GCC has a close geographic proximity to Iran and thus is an easy target - in particular the smaller GCC states.

The GCC is also the world's richest area in terms of natural resources and mineral wealth (oil and gas infrastructure), one of the world's main economic, aviation, tourism etc. hubs.

My claim is that the Iranian regime - even if the GCC and the Iranian regime were treaty allies and the closest allies in the world - would be targeting the GCC in case of a conflict - because that is Iran's sole opportunity to make this more of a global economic conflict. Otherwise they have no other options to play.

Having said that barely anything in GCC (in KSA in particular) has been destroyed of worth and Iran has been hit 1 million times more.

Not to mention that KSA/GCC alone has 15 times the economic and 2000 times the sovereign wealth fund - whatever little damage can easily be rebuilt. We can't say the same thing about the Iranian regime.

It is the stupid Iranian regime's fault anyway. They have made the life of ordinary Iranians miserable since 1979 and have even failed to develop nuclear weapons despite getting help/insight from Pakistan and Pakistani elements. They have practically failed in every endeavor.

Prior to 1979 KSA/GCC and Iran had cordial ties. Even to this day - GCC hosts the largest Iranian diaspora (by far) in the region. Millions of Iranian Arabs, Baloch, Sunni Persians etc. have been migrating to Eastern Arabia/GCC for the past many centuries and migrations of Arabs the other way around have also occurred - although on a smaller scale.

Unfortunately they are largely deluded people and people with an elevated sense of grandeur that has no connection to the ground reality.

We are talking about a country 1.5 times smaller than KSA alone, with an economy smaller than 10 million big UAE and with fewer people than KSA and Yemen alone. By 2050 Yemen will have a larger population than Iran.

But if you read/hear them speak, they are acting like they were the next China.

It is all a bit of a joke really. I only feel sorry for ordinary Iranian civilians - the 1000's that have perished. For what? Nobody really knows why.

PIF's 2026-2030 strategy formally suspends The Line, slashes construction spending by $41 billion, and makes Humain its new flagship.

The war selected Vision 2030's survivors.

Also the ceasefire was contingent on the Strait being open AND toll free.

It will indeed be open, but the toll is inevitable now

This was done ages ago and has nothing to do with the war. KSA remains one of the largest infrastructure hubs in the world and only China has more active giga and mega projects in the world. All economic indicators in KSA have also undergone tremendous positive growth.

Within the past 12 year alone - the tourism sector in KSA went from almost non-existent to the world's 12th largest tourism revenue. That is with 100's of tourism projects yet to be fully constructed, 100's of historical sights renovated and without mentioning Makkah and Madinah (Hajj and Umrah):

And thank God that the Line Project has been scaled down - it was an unrealistic project from the very beginning and impossible to construct with present day technology.

KSA is going to host the FIFA World Cup, EXPO and numerous other global events in the upcoming years and focus should be on that rather than unrealistic projects. KSA also have said on numerous occasions that projects will be halted or stopped if not economically feasible. This is actually clever leadership. Because it would be beyond moronic if the leadership would prefer not to "lose face" and instead engage in unrealistic and costly projects.

Stop bragging about your wealth all the time like a Nouveau riche ....even tiny Israel has the capacity to kick your butts and take away your riches

No it’s not inevitable, almost no countries will approve it and insurance companies certainly won’t. The US barely uses the Strait anyway. You think China will go for it? No

Iran is doing a great job destroying what little relations it had with its neighbors.

lol.......Trump wanted $250 billion from transit in the next 5 years.

But it didn't matter anyway, Iran said they are closing the Strait again in response to Israel's attack in Lebanon.

Mister troll, long before oil and gas was discovered Arabia ruled most of the Islamic world for almost 800 years (Rashidun, Umayyad, Abbasid, Fatimid Caliphates) and we were much more powerful back then. Creating the largest and most influential and powerful empires ever to exist in the Muslim world - pre-Islam and during Islam.

My ancestors ruled an area spanning from France to China for centuries. Prior to Islam Arabia was known and famous for being one of the world's wealthiest regions.

Famous for frankincense, gold, myrna, spice etc.

Home to some of the greatest wonders of the ancient world as well:

Which is why Arabia alone has more World UNESCO Heritage Sites than Iran to this day.

Israel is an ethnic Arab state (Arab Israelis and Arab Jews are the demographic majority) and only due to nuclear weapons and US support. Same applies to Pakistan.

Stop trolling and exposing your ignorance.

And speaking about Israel - people from Arabia (modern-day KSA) used to rule what is modern-day Israel for over 2000 years.

Even some of the most famous Jewish dynasties were Arabian in origin.

A good example - Herod the Great was a full Arabian Jew.

I could go on but I will spare my time and sanity.

Israel’s attacks on Lebanon weren’t part of the ceasefire. Also, the ceasefire was contingent on the Strait being open and toll free. Iran is violating the ceasefire agreement

The primary objectives of this war:

1. Destroy Iranian ballistic missiles and their industrial base

Result- Over 80% of Iranian missile production facilities destroyed including solid rocket motor production. Current stockpile is now heavily attrited

2. Destroy the Iranian Navy

Result- Over 90% of Iranian large vessels destroyed including 20 naval production facilities. 50% of Iranian small fast attack vessels destroyed

3. Eliminate Iranian pursuit of nuclear weapons.

Result- Nearly 80% of the Iranian nuclear industrial base is destroyed. Most of the HEU is buried at Isfahan. Nuclear enrichment and HEU extraction is a red line for Trump which is currently being negotiated.

4. Eliminate Irans ability to project power outside its borders including through proxy forces

Result- Iranian ballistic missile and drone production facilities are heavily degraded. All facilities producing Shahed drones are destroyed. 80% of Iranian missile production facilities destroyed. Hamas is an afterthought, Hezbollah getting wrecked in Lebanon. The Houthis are barely helping Iran.

Half the Iranian leadership is dead. Their economy in ruins. They’ve alienated all Gulf countries.

What did we get? An Iranian regime that’s been strategically heavily degraded. They’ll never get a nuclear weapon. They’ll never have tens of thousands of missiles and drones to shield themselves again. We’ve set the ground conditions for regime change.

It’s come at minimal cost to the US. Aircraft losses are minuscule. 13 KIA, but only 7 to enemy action. That’s nearly flawless, despite thousands of munitions fired by Iran.

From an operational standpoint, it’s been a decisive US victory. Strategically, Iran is the weakest it’s ever been.
Have you ever heard of the term "rebuilding"?

In fact, this is the reason why this war happened? No? Because I remember clear as day Trump declared the Iranian Nuclear Program was dead in July 2025 after he bombed it

So did he lie last year? Or did the Iranians manage to rebuild their entire nuclear program in the last 7 months, and does that warrant another neutralisation? Also, what makes you think that after this, they won't be rebuilding their pieces from scratch (which most definitely wasn't, as we never did get their HEU)

And do you even know what "Operational" standpoint means? It means the goal achieved by launching a military campaign. There are NO military campaigns in this war; we are basically just taking out the target. It didn't work toward anything.

So, then where is your "operational victory" here? If they are still charging toll and they are still holding ship at bay at Hormuz?

Rebuilding will take them 15-20 years with money they don’t have. There’s also a high likelihood protests will return with the economy in ruins.

The US military defeated the Iranians decisively.
