there is no cement that cures and sets in 2 days and is able to handle the load of a freight train. It takes between a week and 30 days typically. Unless they used prebuilt ,precast concrete frame in anticipation of that bridge being bombed. Possible but unlikely anyone plans that far ahead.

I'm not sure but the trees in the background/the vegetation looks different to me. I could be wrong, though.
