Honestly, dont have too high hopes on the talks having a successful outcome.

Unless the rabid Zio dog is put on leash, everything is secondary. The Hamas, Hezbollah, Houthis, other resistance groups are needed to stop the Zios with their greater Israel project.

there is no cement that cures and sets in 2 days and is able to handle the load of a freight train. It takes between a week and 30 days typically. Unless they used prebuilt ,precast concrete frame in anticipation of that bridge being bombed. Possible but unlikely anyone plans that far ahead.
