Short of round the clock carpet bombing and perhaps even some nukes to try to subdue Iran, what options are left to have the status of the Strait of Hormuz to the prewar status? And attacks like that on Iran carry too much risks to the attackers as we saw multiple American fighter jets shot done.

If this is from today with Iranian aircraft landing, maybe the PAF aircraft are deploying chaff/flares to ensure protection against SAM/MANPAD threat against landing Iranian aircraft. But hard to tell.
