I disagree with you on this. The US gets to do what it wants because no one (except for Iran) has the balls to challenge them. But Iran does not have the same influence over and importance to the Europeans like China.

This is just my opinion, but I believe if China were to take a stronger stance, the Europeans would follow. As I wrote earlier, the Americans might be willing to sacrifice themselves for Israel. But the Europeans aren’t. They are bullies, and bullies are only loyal to the strongest bully.

I am not against Pakistan getting all the limelight , but how confident are you that this will translate into us scoring big and long term economic and trade deals with US/Europe/GCC and even Iran? All I see is big unabetted influx of Indians securing jobs in west. If the benefits of all these efforts does not have trickle down effect at grass root level, its all meaningless.

The final ceasefire agreement can actually guess some contents.

Firstly, regarding the content of nuclear weapons. Trump cannot accept terms worse than the Obama agreement, and Iran will definitely make some concessions, at least on the surface. Everyone knows the reason.

Secondly, Iran cannot abandon Hezbollah in Lebanon, and a ceasefire in Israel is a necessary condition.



I think the ceasefire agreement would be like this:

Iran suspends production of 60% enriched uranium and transfers its stockpile to Pakistan. Iran accepts stricter IEAE inspections. The quantity of enriched uranium ranging from 3.67% to 20% and the number of centrifuges will be subject to upper limits. Iran will effectively lose the ability to manufacture nuclear weapons. In exchange, the United States will unfreeze Iran's overseas assets in stages and gradually lift sanctions on non oil sectors. Oil sector sanctions and financial sanctions serve as leverage for the United States to monitor Iran's compliance with the agreement.

On the side of Iran's allies, Iran will symbolically commit to limiting long-range missile aid and stopping attacks on US bases. And the United States will cooperate with Iran to arrange a ceasefire in Gaza and Lebanon.

In terms of the strait, Iran will promise to open the strait and no longer detain oil tankers. And the United States will promise to stop the so-called 'mine clearance operation'. The toll fee will be put on hold.
