For many years and I still do to this day, have speculated that the next major war will be between the haves and have nots. It is inevitable.
The better the economy, the more leftist the public opinion. The worse the economy, the more right-wing the public opinion becomes. This is an inevitable development of political trends. With the global economic downturn, countries' attitudes towards immigration will become increasingly conservative, and the employment model of Gulf countries will become the mainstream in the world.Far-right politics would be the end of the European economy.
You mean those Gulf countries import lots foreign labors to work in their countries partly because people there are lazy. This model might be applicable to some EU countries like Germany and France. But, I don't think it's applicable to East Asian countries, Japanese and Koreans won't accept lots immigrant workers and China is going make wide use of humanoid robots to make up labor shortages instead of relying on foreign workers. The better the economy, the more leftist the public opinion.
