That's altogether bad.... Wasting these assets on mere checkpoints on road....

Agree. It would be better to keep the SSG deployed as units, to respond to incidents as a combined unit that checkpoints.

SSG had switched from its older woodland to the khaki /PA regular style cammo and now to US army??? i dont understand the whole situation? why the US camo? and i have seen it on only few personnel and no pics of it being employed on the field...Can you explain?

No idea, prestige thing? Many SF globally use different camp from their regular army
