I don't remember Islamabad having this car horn problem back in the days, sounding like karachi now.
We in Karachi will "horn/honk" at a wall. Clearly, it was the wall's fault for being in our way.
That's an exaggeration. What's not an exaggeration is that there would be hundreds of cars in front of one's vehicle, and hundreds of cars behind, yet one blows the horn as if this will solve the problem.
It's gradual degentrification , too many Maja sajjas from little towns .I lived both in Islamabad and karachi. I can tell. Islo was really peaceful and quiet. Now it's sounding like karachi.

If the war has to be restarted, there must be at least an appearance that both parties tried to come to an agreement but failed. More so if the war ends up being more destructive. For all you know, the war may restart as soon as J.D. & Co leave Pakistan. Why would we expect a different result when he keeps sending the same Jewish negotiating team.

"Iran has officially rejected its participation in the second round of talks with United States citing trust deficit and intended ambitions: Iranian State Media"
Looks like Iran want to play hard before coming anyway.
As if the Iranians have a choice...But the impression is that the American experts have arrived in Islamabad. If Iranians are not arriving - or are not even aware of Round 2, as they say - I wonder what the Americans are here for then. I feel Washington has decided to momentarily station negotiators in Islamabad, regardless of whether the Iranians are coming or not.
As if the Iranians have a choice...
If the Iranians so decide, it is a perfectly logical and rational thing to do. With a chasm so wide and deep, it is absurd to imagine they sit together for a day and hammer out a deal. But the impression is that the American experts have arrived in Islamabad.
