All those proxies were formed as a result of the US proxy Israel implanted artificially in the middle east.

It does not matter how we got here; where we go next is what is important.

Who hit whom first is immaterial at this point. This is not a school recess brawl.

No. It does matter. We got here by multiple decade long terrorism waged by US and its Proxy Israel in West Asia. Accountability is the first step.
This is not a school recess brawl.
Are you sure about that? Considering the sub IQ leadership of USA, its quite probable they do think of it like that.

Done by whom, and to whom? Good luck with the answer! :D
Its not very hard to know the answer.

The resistance that you conveniently label as "proxies" are a DIRECT RESULT of US and Israeli terrorism campaign.

Hezbollah was formed in 1982 as a direct response to the invasion of Lebanon, done by the US proxy Israel.

Please do tell us the answer whatever it might be in your view, thanks.
Israel and US are terrorist entities, as long as they and their supporters exist in West Asia, the place would never know peace.

And I understand your tactics of labelling resistance groups as proxies, good stuff mate, very subtle.

But who is doing the accountability of whom here that you said as "the first step"? That was the question.

Unc, stop diverting the conversation.

You conveniently labelled groups as proxies who are fighting against US and Israeli led terrorism and imperialism as " PROXIES".

After getting called out, you said
"It does not matter how we got here; where we go next is what is important. "

And now you are trying to twist it again.

Not gonna work.

That is a fact, not just a label. A proxy in war is one who is supported by an outside entity.

Just as you mentioned Israel as a proxy, so are the others, according to the same definition.

There is nothing to twist here, at all.

You're hiding behind a sterile dictionary entry to strip "proxy" of its political meaning, and you know it.

By that definition, every US ally is a proxy, Ukraine included. But when you sneeringly label Hezbollah, the Houthis, or Hamas as "PROXIES," you dismiss their indigenous grievances and efforts, painting them as pure Iranian puppets. That's the twisting that you have been doing here.

And your "just like Israel" line is a false equivalence. Israel is a nuclear armed sovereign state with its own military industrial complex and a long record of engaging in genocide and terrorism with full support of Washington.

You'd rather peddle selective "facts" and smugly dismiss resistance. Nothing to twist eh

It is you who are being selective in the consistent application of standards.

In the context of this thread, clearly negotiations in Pakistan must remain cognizant of the facts as I have said above: if Israel is a proxy of USA, then so are many others involved also, specifically supported by Iran. Any peace deal must deal with these facts equally for both sides.

And I am not saying that with any sneer or emotion, just plain simple geopolitical facts and logic.

Please try it sometime. It might help you.
