A new Saigon Metro will run 41 meter under the Saigon river.

The technology apparently comes from Germany and Denmark. Steel concrete units, each weighing 73,000 tons will be pre manufactured and lowered into the sea.
The benefits: no more bridges, no more ship traffic, less environmental impact. the tunnel can operate under all weather conditions regardless of what above the sea surface.

What do you mean "advanced" chips? 2nm? Impossible. Most of the world's single digit node chips are made by TSMC and they dominate their next competitor, Samsung, by a mile. Viettel's 32nm wafer fab is obviously for their own military application products as their first priority due to security measure than profit concerns, anything after that is for their own civilians products like their most advanced 5G DFE chip, and the last use of the fab is producing chips for companies like FPT as FPT can design but has to contract outsiders for production. FPT was able to export their legacy node chips to Japan last year, so I'm sure FPT and Viettel can work on that. If you read enough news, you can tell that Viettel is using the 32nm fab as the starting point of the learning curve only, they won't stop at 32nm but if you expect Viettel to come out of the blue and shove the world's most dominant chip maker TSMC out of the game in the near future then that's not possible.

32nm is sufficient. Lower nm is certainly better. But Viettel will start trial production in 2027, full production in 2028. By then Viettel relies on foreign fabs like TSMC and Samsung, for finished chips on Qualcomm and Nvida.

Starting in 2027, every ward and commune's local militia will be armed with one unit of this for "air defense"; in line with Viet Nam's doctrine of people's total war. There are over 3300 wards and communes in Viet Nam. As of now, we don't have the capability to mass-produce the shoulder-launched TL-01 missile to arm the local militia yet

With the invention of the camera phone, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube etc, pretty much everyone Black person including this lady knows that White regime cops will always look for the slightest excuse to assault or butcher Black people for sports. The other day I saw a clip of a Black kid whose brain was pop open by the savage White regime cop because he committed theft. I saw a clip of a 70-year old Vietnamese man whose neck was broken and he later died in ICU because he was slammed so hard to the ground by white regime cop..his crime was for not signing a traffic ticket he didn't agree to with the savage animals, you can't make this shiet up

Whites are not the problem; even if they control everything, it doesn't matter.
The biggest problem with the US is that kleptocracy, greed, and jews are entrenched deep inside every sector of the US.
Capitalism in itself was never the issue, even China is more capitalistic than US with so much competition between all the different companies.
Here, it's kleptocracy, monopolies not capitalism.

Although they have 50 years and more years in advantage,
the leaders admire Vietnam the only country in southeast Asia with fast transition to greener future with own ecosystem, own manufacturing. While the rest of ASEAN serve as cheap labor bases for China, Japan and Korea.
