the state of a british Type 23. Those are plate thicknesses. At some places, just 10mm.

imagine the state of our tariqs!

Its because the RN as an organisation cannot functionally work at reasonable level. Joke of an organisation. Our tariqs were in much better condition able to be turned into museam ships

Also i should say that type 23s were only intended with 18 year service lifes. And the pic you shared is of an already retired t23

The Hangors have their work cut out for them, they have to stop this from getting in range of Karachi and Gwadar

124 brahmos between all these ships. For comparison we only have 16 SS Ashms in our current fleet.

Like in 2019 and 2025, that carrier is going nowhere near Pakistan. This picture represents a submariners targeting dream...

Cute you still post your fantasies here though

Pakistan had the carrier in their cross hairs with air launched hypersonic missiles

The only reason they didn’t was because the carrier posed no threat and was well away from Pakistan

Also the humiliation and death toll would make a ceasefire proposition for the Indians more difficult

Pakistan always leaves the door for the diplomacy open always has done even in 2019

The Carrier is not the one that we should be worried about, unless you are illiterate you can clearly see that I highlighted the 124 brahmos between those ships.

I dont think any wartime CSG would be this big especially if there are 2 independent csg like there were in may. Ntm thats effectively half the INs PSCs. In actual conflict with repair/maintence, need to deploy atleast 1/3rd of fleet on east coast to deter china/gaurd against hangors. i dont think theyll group together more than 1/3rd of them in offensive posture against PN Which is why ive said before PN surface fleet doesn’t need to match IN hull for hull or vls cells. It needs to be able to have enough AD and long range AsHMs/ASBMs to defend against and respond in kind to 1/3rd of IN surface fleet

Peak PDF fanboyism, bro is Talking about some imaginary Hypersonic that the PAF doesn't know it has.

Also sinking a carrier even one like Vikrant isn't as simple as we fired a missile and it's gone, it would take a multi dimensional effort from air, sea and Undersea assets to sink these.

The IN is expanding at a pretty quick pace, they might not be able to deploy something like this now but what about in 3 or 4 years?

Also the IN doesn't have even have a enough fighters to have 2 CSGs especially considering the availability on the Mig 29ks is absolutely abysmal.

There are about 340 capable SAMs in this fleet , while member here think 2-3 subsonics can pierce this.

Kher , CBG won't be this big as this is too large of a deployment IMO ,
Some ships will be under maintenance, some overhall , some not available , some under repair and some left to the protection of ports and other things.

And NO you won't be able to sink a carrier with a missile like the cm 400akg , it's a fast missile but a carrier is too big of a target and would require it's keel to be broken with a heavy weight torpedo to make it inoperable .
