South Africa at ICJ accuses Israel of ‘genocidal acts’ in Gaza​

South Africa has filed an application at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) to start proceedings against Israel for what it said were “genocidal” acts in Gaza, AFP reports.

According to a statement, the ICJ claim related to alleged violations by Israel of its obligations under the Genocide Convention, and said that “Israel has engaged in, is engaging in and risks further engaging in genocidal acts against the Palestinian people in Gaza”.

Israel has signed and ratified the Genocide Convention, so the ICJ will have a very strong case for jurisdiction here. South Africa requested provisional measures, which means the case should be dealt with urgently by the ICJ.

A huge, crucial step to uphold international law and hold genocidal terrorists to account.

Why has this not been done by anyone else and also until now ?

Because Israel doesn't recognize the ICJ's authority, so even if they're found guilty, nothing can be done because any country willing to host an Israeli embassy will not hand over Israeli war criminals.

The ICJ in the past found the US guilty of state sponsored terrorism, nothing was done about it. Israel is the US's main outpost in the region.

Looks like very little damage occurred to the armor, if the video shows the same singular tank in both strikes.

Still through enough rpgs at the armor, and it'll eventually cripple the tank.

Due to the fire it generates at the turret level, it definitely goes to within the interior of the tank, and would result either dead or severe burns for the terrorist and child killing army. And their wounded soldiers confirmed that most of the wounded came from either the anti-armor attacks inside their vehicles or TBG shells that hit them inside buildings.

I am seeing these 2 tanks getting fried. Fires on vehicles with gasoline tanks would completely burn them. It is not like they have firefighters coming to them.

Once again, both videos don't show much damage to the tanks, only surface level.
