Operation Ghazab Lil Haq (Pakistan - Afghanistan War)

This combined with a policy of extreme disproportionate deterrence after any attack is the way to go.

Ruthlessly shell the tribal zones known for Taliban recruitment and support, their economic and financial infrastructure as well as livelihoods (arable lands).

It is both a strategic and tactical solution. Deterrence plus encircling.

The mistake we make is that we look at these people as Muslims who are OUR people/citizens

THIS IS FALSE

They are NOT our people,
They don't see themselves as our people
They don't see themselves as Pakistani

They are NOT our people, they are afghans and Baloch stuck on our land

And they are making the lives of actual pashtun and Baloch citizens difficult and deadly

We got to get rid of these people, their is no helping or changing them
They are a enemy

We have been nowhere near brutal enough, if anything we have been ridiculously easy in the hope that we could convince these lannati people

We have tried and failed, so just get to hitting them
If it's a war they want, then give them a war and get to using the military to just hammering them until they are in the opposite side of the border

It's not an assumption. You must be naive if you think it's an assumption. The comparison you made is flawed in too many ways to even be considered a point worth debating.

When you find local people disseminating propaganda, celebrating attacks at time, showing sympathy with militants, being indifferent, it's not an assumption.

The assumption here is you think people are just guessing and it isn't based on the actual first hand operational perspective of individuals posted there.
Who's been prosecuted for it? If nobody has - why not? Plenty of people have been prosecuted for tweets. If there is evidence of actual collaboration with terrorist groups - prosecute the supporters.

Seems this has turned from a Operation to a forever war, congratulations.

It was always a forever war

Who do you think was attacking Pakistan in the 1940s, 50's and 60's etc

We took in millions of the namak harams to try and change the situation even after the attacks and STILL it didn't change anything

We either accept low level attacks by the TTP, and just accept that we will be hit and will try to minimize the attacks

Or we go on the offensive against Afghanistan and understand that all afghans Taliban, TtP or other are all connected, this will cause more violence and death and be a bigger war, but we will be serious punishing the Afghans with this

Their is no other option, where we have peace or the Afghans suddenly start acting like insaaan

Man **** this shit, Need to napalm the busiest market in Kabul, the Soviet language is the only one they understand

At this point government should take the deal, that faiz was finalizing. Enough blood has been spilled and there is no solution to any of this BS in sight
That is not an option at all unless you want to bring the state down to the level of a terrorist group. The TTP terrorists are not willing to live under the Pakistani constitution. Even more than that, they are demanding removing Pakistan's sovereignty from former FATA and have their own rule, courts, and control there. Obviously that is not acceptable to any sovereign state.

I think you feel Pakistan has no option other than sitting down across the table with terrorists. That is not actually the case. Pakistan has all the will and capability to wipe out these terrorist groups along with their TTA masters in Kabul, Kandahar, and elsewhere in Afghanistan. It's just the prevailing geopolitical situation that is forcing Pakistan to let it go for the time being. But it's not going to stay like that forever.

Another important aspect is the deplorable conduct of the KPK government. The KPK police is dangerously under-equipped to fight against terrorists. PTI's provincial government has done everything to stop the KPK police, by reducing its capabilities, fighting against the terrorist groups. The police officials, after seeing their force on the cutting board, have started making Aman committees - aimed at enabling common people play their role in the war against the terrorists.

It's not that the KPK people have any sympathy with terrorists. There are numerous examples when they have tried to fight against the terrorists who come to the houses of locals demanding food and shelter through the force of gun. There is a need for the KPK government to device a mechanism to ensure the security of locals, enable them to take on the terrorists, and eliminate them when and where found. That's what the KPK police is now trying to do through Aman committees albeit at a much smaller scale. In the meantime, KPK chief minister is continuously trying to act as an Ashiq of a convicted criminal and keep visiting/sitting regularly outside Adiala jail.

Isn't it utterly shameful that chinchy rikshaws were used to transport the dead and wounded (of these terrorist attack) to the hospital? It's even more shameful to note that the corrupt PTI is ruling the province for 13 or 14 years now. Pak has to fix the KPK government first before even thinking of sitting on a negotiation table with terrorists of TTA and TTP.

Are you going to prosecute entire tribes or villages? Does that sound feasible to you or do you know what you're asking?

Social issues are deep rooted and penalisiation is needed, punishment and de-weaponisation.

It was always a forever war
You need to stop spamming "forever war" in every thread. Not only is that a poor excuse to cover up the incompetence and failure by everyone in Pakistan from its lazy military to compromised politicians and cowardly indifferent citizens, but its just a plainly false defeatist idea.

There are countries that have ruthlessly crushed people like the Afghans with overwhelming force paired with strategy, like your major ally Turkey.

Stop justifying your incompetence and lack of action and cowardly behaviour.

We need another "rehab centre" attack. This time without any explanation to the opposing sides.
This guy gets it.

An extreme deterrence policy of "rehab centre" attacks after each terrorist attack in Pakistan. Every time they do it again, add 1 "rehab" attack each time to the total.

This is while simultaneously arming the opposition in Afghanistan - the Hazaras and Tajiks.

Ruthlesslly and systematically attacking the villages giving a recruitment and support base to Taliban, and their economic, financial, water, energy infrastructure be made a target.

Pakistan has truly broken the Afghan spirit with the rehab centre attack. They are crying and feeling out of anguish. It really had a devastating impact. Such attacks need to be carried out more frequently. The spirit of the rent an Afghan needs to be broken into bits and pieces.

Look you clown, unless your willing to destroy the Afghans
Then it's a forever war

The Afghans exist on both sides of the border, and that's why we can't deal with this problem

If they were Hindus who we hate we would just exterminate them

But because they are afghans and Muslims and connected to our own pashtuns, we are stuck slapping their hands because even slight collateral that kills some worthless Afghan druggie is used as propaganda against our country and disseminated even on our side of the border by the local donkeys

So we have two options
Fight this like a actual war with a enemy that we aim to destroy, that means inflicting massive damage and casualties on Afghanistan

Or we don't and get stuck playing games, picking sides, aiming not to escalate and get these constant low level attacks in the freaking forever war

This was bad intel honestly. It happens in wars but damage is done already. It will come to surface time and again to haunt us.
Don't be such a tool. The media has simply lied.

Did you read the article and the gaping discrepancies therein?

They didn't bother explaining WHY the apparent vast majority of casualties demonstrated shrapnel wounds! How can an errant bomb or even two or three result in SO MANY SHRAPNEL injuries? I'll tell you how - if it lands on a stockpile of ordnance, which is precisely what happened as Pakistan has released the videos showing secondary ammunition explosions. BBC has erred by trusting pajhoots in writing this report up and the statements they themselves have made suggest the Kabul version of events does not add up. There are other hints that the Talibs were stockpiling weaponry at this site and as such, committing a blatant war crime themselves.

Honestly am surprised at your comments, given that footage of secondary ammunition ignitions is readily available on this thread.

It wasn't bad intel. They hit a drone assembly plant and they were using their drug addicts as human shields.

We don't care about afghani collateral.

If we consider 70k Pakistani deaths, then there can be 500k collateral and its still within reasonable limits.

I would pick on Kandahar. Disable its electricity and water and make sure they can't sleep at night.
Thank God our more sensible members are pushing back like this against the planted narratives of certain suspicious individuals.
