The majority of Pashtun activism revolves around securing rights, justice and accountability in their areas, not an independant state... if a people has to ask for basic rights, theres probably a failure on your part...somewhere.

Are they asking Center to start an operation and get rid of this filth once and for all? Is KP current government protesting and pressurizing center and asking relevant questions?

The KP CM did not even attend the funeral prayers of martyred policemen and security personnel, the IG travels using a heli. Why is it that Pakistan military that started an operation once is not acting anymore? Who has disowned their own police and are just busy saving their CMship? The mutiny or civil disobedience of Bannu police is not against Pakistan military or Center.

When is the KP CM going to demand an operation? And if he is not demanding it then why?

People are dying because of this stupid politics between Center and Province, the provincial government was part of media propaganda against Op Gazab.

Insurgency survive and thrive in KPK and Baluchistan because of local support, if locals stop supporting violence and endorsing it the insurgency will die down, we see that in Karachi after MQM lost its militancy power the people who supported MQM mainly urdu speaking people has no appetite for violence or launching a Karachi wide insurgency, and we see that with MQM gone other than crime Karachi has seen significantly less violence. As for KPK/Baluchistan there will never be peace over there.

Well that model won't work, you build schools and T's will blow them up and locals will still support the T's, so we are going nowhere with all that. So many schools have been blown up with little to no protests or anger from the locals which means the locals are fully onboard with the school blowing rituals.

Everything you are demanding was done during the PPP/ANP tenure, at great cost and sacrifice by the PPP/ANP politicians, ordinary civilians of KP and the police / paramilitary personnel. We all know what happened later and how all of them were betrayed , once again, in favor of the Taliban. When you behave like that repeatedly for 40 plus years, you lose the trust of the people and the province.

We still have people living in IDP camps that were originally populated by the Afghans because of very heavy handed military ops from 2009 to 2014. The promises made to them by the army of rebuilding and peace remain unfulfilled.

The attitude now in KP is those who created this mess, the Pakistan Army and ISI, can come and clean it up. Don't bother asking us for yet another sacrifice.
