Iran - Israel/US War: Israel-US declare war on Iran, Iran responds

NY Times is also reporting the latest escalation as its no. 1 story right now.

Hours after Iranian negotiators arrived in Qatar for talks on ending the war, U.S. forces struck missile launch sites in Iran and boats trying to emplace mines, American officials said Monday night.

U.S. Central Command characterized the strikes in southern Iran as defensive and said they had been intended “to protect our troops from threats posed by Iranian forces.”

“Central Command continues to defend our forces while using restraint during the ongoing cease-fire,” Capt. Tim Hawkins, a Central Command spokesman, said in a statement.

The strikes came on a day when Israel signaled that it planned to intensify its fight against the Iranian-backed militant group Hezbollah in Lebanon.

With the two conflicts closely intertwined, escalation in the fighting in Lebanon might make it still harder for negotiators to reach a peace deal. Iran has said that any agreement should cover both the war with the United States and Israel, and the Israeli conflict with Hezbollah.

On Monday evening, after vowing that any agreement reached would be “great and meaningful” or “there will be no deal,” President Trump said he expected Iran either to turn its enriched uranium over to the United States or to destroy it in front of neutral witnesses.

As expected, the U.S. military is applying the Gaza/Lebanon model to Iran.
The U.S. military is now bombing Iran and killing Iranian soldiers and civilians without facing any retaliation. The Iranian military, having accepted its fate as a second Lebanon, remains unresponsive even as its naval vessels are sunk, its oil facilities are bombed, and its air defense bases are struck. This is a complete victory for the United States, and Iran has been politically neutralized. It will likely continue to be bombed without resistance until it is dismantled.

So far there is no information about this in Iran: Trump and the media may have evolved into fake news, lies and disinformation, now creating attacks that never occurred. Days ago, Trump had posted an AI-generated image of a drone attacking Iran; Trump, the puppet, is desperate for a "victory narrative."

In case anyone still doesn't know:
1) This is the last chance for Netanyahu to implement his plans for the Greater Israel and he finally has a POTUS either compromised due to issues like pedophilia or a true Zionist in heart. I don't place more weight on the donors class behind Trump although that too is significant.
2) Americans leaving the region in any way where Iran would retain the ability to strike Israel via missiles would be a huge strategic defeat of Israel, thus ending the 150 year old Zionist agenda.
3) If #2 happens, then Netanyahu is almost certain to lose the upcoming elections in Israel and then a prison term awaits him.
4) But if Iran holds its ground as in #2, then what Prof. Pape keeps saying that Iran would be the 4th pillar of power in the world may well come true. The Middle East will not be the same.

My guess is that Iranians are going to compromise on the fissile material--they can always make the material again! And the Strait was not even an issue before this war was launched and the Strait is another strong bargaining chip in Iran's hands now. Israelis know that they have to neutralize the Iranian missile threat--that was the key demand during the Oman Talks just before this attack happened and of course Iran could not have compromised on its only deterrence and will never compromise on that.

It is now up to President Trump to act for America and stop Netanyahu's regional hegemonic ambitions. And I give it 50/50 Trump may make the right choice--for America.

A lot of disinformation is going on but NY Times has been generally credible during this conflict--and often very anti Trump and anti Israel despite the known NY Times bias for Israel. The Minab school massacre story was prominently run for several days on NY Times where it directly accused the Americans for the massacre.

Hajj is about to conclude in 1-2 days time and there is no war at this time..
Lots of fake news media out there trying their best to show something happening
zionist media cant be trusted

Then u got the FIFA until end of July.....so be wise......

Russian and Chinese media have confirmed this news.

Israel is conducting defensive operations in Lebanon.

The United States carries out self-defense strikes in Iran and then claims that the U.S. exercised restraint during the ceasefire.

The shamelessness of the Epstein coalition is the world's number one.

Just flatten UAE and sink a few ships… nothing less… and stop listening to mediators i guess its over
Seems saboteurs have managed to infiltrate the US military as well. Everytime the mediators are able to bring the parties close to clinching a deal, an attack by the Pentagon happens.

Seriously, so far what we have seen in US that Iran does not hold back, not sure what kinda of analysis you are coming with. Iran will highly likely to strike back

Lack of IRGC response is astounding. 4+ IRGC deaths and Iran hasn’t responded.

Read somewhere that the incident is being downplayed by Iranian state media

I think this is the way the United States applies pressure as a bargaining chip.

The United States does this often.

For example, before Trump's visit to China, military exercises were conducted near the South China Sea with Japan, the Philippines, Australia, France, Canada, and New Zealand. This was the first time Japanese troops were deployed in other countries.

The Chinese fleet conducted exercises on both sides of the multinational joint fleet, then launched the YJ-20 hypersonic anti-ship missile, and Chinese electronic reconnaissance ships entered the line of sight of the multinational joint fleet. The United States did not obtain any bargaining chips.

I think Iran should resolutely counter the United States' behavior.
